| How do I book? |
...when is the Booking Office open?
The Booking Team are on duty from 8.30am - 5.30pm on weekdays, and from 9.00am - 4pm on Saturdays, and from 10am - 4pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The Booking Office is open on Christmas
eve, closed Christmas day and boxing day. Outside Office hours, leave your details on our answering machine and we will call you back at your convenience during office hours.
To book your holiday, simply call our Booking Team on 0117 304 1122, and any of our expert staff can assist you.
By speaking to the Team, you can provisionally hold the boat for seven days, full payment is required for Day Boat hire. Have your credit/debit card handy when you call and the Team can book and confirm your holiday on the spot (nb a surcharge of 2% will be added to credit & charge card payments). Please remember that every booking must have an accompanying booking form, completed and signed, to fully confirm the booking.
...how much deposit is required?
The deposit is 25% of your basic brochure holiday price (Box "A" on your booking Form), or full payment if your holiday is within six weeks of booking. With the deposit we will also require your cancellation scheme premium of £33.00 per week or, £21.00 per short break.
...when do I pay the final balance on my holiday?
Please pay the balance of your invoice six weeks before your holiday starts. You can either pay by cheque or credit/debit card. Make cheques payable to "Anglo Welsh Waterway Holidays".
...when do I pay the Damage Waiver?
We will show the Damage Waiver on your Invoice, which will be due for payment with your final balance. Please note that the Damage Waiver is non refundable.
