All day-boats are equipped with all the facilities you'll need including cutlery & crockery and a kettle so, if you've always fancied a narrowboat holiday but are wary of committing to an overnight break - try a day-boat first! Cruising hours during the season are from 9am to 4pm (winter cruising times are 9am to 3pm) and include full tution, it gives a great insight into canal boat hire and narrowboating, and you get the chance to steer, moor-up, navigate locks (on some of the day-boats) in fact, all the things a full holiday offers.

NEW FOR 2010
We have two additional Day Boats available for hire, one from Bradford on Avon on the Kennet and Avon and one from North Kilworth on the Grand Union, Leicester section. Priced £140 at the weekend and on Bank Holidays or £110 on a weekday. Hours of hire vary.
** Emma is also available for an overnight break for 2 people and is fitted with a cooker and 4 ring hob
as well as either a make-up double or 2 make-up singles. She also has a separate small shower room
for overnight hire use only. Please telephone us for full details and pricing plus availability.
*£10 per person per day, is based on 10 people cruising on a Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
