Departure days and times
Cruises generally start on Friday, Saturday, Monday or Tuesday and to ensure that your boat is in totally tip top working order, clean and refreshed, it won't be ready until 3pm in the afternoon on the day your holiday begins. Boats need to be returned at 9am on the final day of your holiday - or the afternoon before, if you have made prior arrangements with the Booking Team.
Payment made by credit/debit card will enable your booking to be made. Your booking will be confirmed once you have sent in a completed and signed booking form.
Please note there is a surcharge of 2% added to credit and charge card payments.
Your holiday deposit
The deposit for your holiday is 25% of your basic brochure holiday price (Box A on your booking form), or full payment if your holiday is within eight weeks of booking.
You'll need to pay the balance of your invoice eight weeks before your holiday starts. You can pay by cheque or credit/debit card.
If you would like to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to 'Anglo Welsh Waterway Holidays'.
