Each member of our small friendly booking team knows our holidays inside and out and are committed to providing a personal service that makes booking quick and easy and ensures you have a memorable holiday.
Booking office opening times:
Our booking office is open at the following times:
Weekdays: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday : 9.00am – 4.00pm
Sundays and Bank Holidays including Christmas Eve: 10.00am – 4.00pm
The booking office is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.
If you call outside office hours, please leave your details on our answering machine. We will call you back at your convenience during office hours.
We offer a seven day, no obligation, provisional booking facility to give you time to organise your crew and holiday dates. Simply speak with a member of our team to make your booking.
Departure days and times
Cruises generally start on Friday, Saturday, Monday or Tuesday and to ensure that your boat is in totally tip top working order, clean and refreshed, it won’t be ready until 3pm in the afternoon on the day your holiday begins. Boats need to be returned at 9am on the final day of your holiday – or the afternoon before, if you have made prior arrangements with the Booking Team.
Payment made by credit/debit card will enable your booking to be made. Your booking will be confirmed once you have sent in a completed and signed booking form.
Your holiday deposit
The deposit for your holiday is 25% of your basic brochure holiday price (Box A on your booking form), or full payment if your holiday is within eight weeks of booking.
You’ll need to pay the balance of your invoice eight weeks before your holiday starts. You can pay by cheque or credit/debit card.
