Whether you’re experienced or a complete beginner, our British Marine qualified staff will take you through everything you need to know to operate a narrowboat. From getting to know the facilities on board your barge, to learning to steer the boat and navigate the locks, our handover will get you in ship shape for your holiday.
Once your handover is complete, you can set off on your very own narrowboat holiday adventure. You can travel at your own pace, watching out for wildlife and stopping off to enjoy canalside pubs and exploring villages, towns and cities along your route.

All our narrowboats and wide beam boats are unique, so once you have selected your starting point, take a look at our range of flexible canal boat interiors to see what works best for your narrowboat holiday. Ranging in size from 32ft to 70ft, our canal boats provide accommodation for between two and 12 people. On board you’ll find all the comforts of home to make your floating holiday home a cosy and comfortable place to be. Our boats are equipped with bedding, towels, central heating, flushing toilets, showers, a TV/DVD player, WiFi and a well equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, cooking utensils and crockery.
